The Council’s board
The Council is led by a board drawn from leading businessmen and businesswomen in both countries, working through specialised committees that represent members’ sectors.
Chairing the Council
Ayman bin Amin Sejini
Chairman of the Saudi-Indonesian Business Council
He chairs the Council under a mandate from the Federation of Saudi Chambers, and leads the effort to strengthen economic and commercial cooperation between the two countries.
How the board is formed
- Members from the business community in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Members from the business community in the Republic of Indonesia.
- Balanced sector representation covering the main areas of exchange.
- Coordination with the Federation of Saudi Chambers and the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce.
- Oversight of the specialised committees and follow-up on their initiatives.
- Approval of memberships and of the Council’s work plans.
The list of board members, with their names and titles, will be published as soon as the Council secretariat formally approves it.

Setting direction
Approving the Council’s annual plan and the priorities for cooperation between the two countries.
Overseeing the committees
Following the sector committees’ work and turning opportunities into initiatives.
Approving memberships
Reviewing applications to join and approving new members.
Official representation
Representing the Council before official bodies and chambers in both countries.
Partnerships
Approving memoranda of understanding and partnerships with relevant bodies.
Major events
Signing off exhibitions, trade delegations and joint forums.
