3. What is the minimum order? Ask at the first meeting, not after two weeks of correspondence.

4. What are the production and shipping lead times? The real lead time, not the ideal one, and ask about their peak seasons.

5. Who handles the import procedures? A clear answer spares you surprises at the port.
